ABOUT US
I care deeply about my clients and their success–I don’t want to be just another bookkeeper… I strive to be your friend, your teammate, your ally in your business. People are what’s most important to me which is why I donate 5% of all revenue to Operation Underground Railroad. Together, we can effect change for you and for others and help you feel confident in your finances, maybe with a little laugh here and there.

My Quickbooks Bookkeeper Journey
We all know bookkeeping can be a pain and finances can feel overwhelming if you don’t understand what your money is doing. I get it, because I’ve been there. I know what it’s like to feel like you are doing too much and so your bookkeeping gets pushed to the side. Well, not anymore!
After seeing many other business owners struggle on their own, I decided to start a bookkeeping business. My goal is to help YOU gain a peace of mind on your finances, allowing you to make more informed business decisions. I’ll do the bookkeeping so you can grow your business as large as you can dream it.
If you want an ally who is passionate about helping you succeed, reach out for a FREE consultation. We can discuss your business goals and needs and then make a plan to get you there!

Meet the Team
Meet Kelli
Hi there! My name is Kelli and I joined the Keeping Digital Books team in March of 2022. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography and have worked in the medical field for multiple years, however, I’ve always had a love for numbers and mathematics. I decided to pair my desire to help others with my love for numbers and started my bookkeeping journey in 2020. Now I get to help others manage their books so they can confidently manage their business!
When I’m not busy with bookkeeping, you can find me chasing after my energetic son and sweet daughter, enjoying the beautiful Southern Oregon weather, or snuggled up with a good book.
Meet Lillian
Lillian discovered a love for bookkeeping in 2021 but has had a fondness for numbers and calculations ever since high school. She believes that small businesses are an important part of the economy and enjoys supporting their success by organizing their financial records.
In addition to bookkeeping, Lillian loves being a mom to an adorable baby boy, works part-time as a nurse, and enjoys baking sweet treats to share with friends.
